Lester H. Swanlund Administration Building

On June 13, 1983, [1] the $2.5M Lester H. Swanlund Administration Building was dedicated, a gift of Maybelle Swanlund in honor of her late husband. [2] The building, designed by Unteed, Scaggs, Fritch, Nelson, Ltd, [3] and originally only 3 floors, was rededicated on October 15, 1987, after Swanlund had funded the addition of two more floors, making the building 5 stories tall and a total of 35,000 square feet. [4]
