JQ38] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 855 CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT W I T H McCREA SEED COMPANY (8) At the meeting of the Executive Committee on April 27, a report was made of the authorization of an agreement with the McCrea Seed Company, Incorporated, Santa Barbara, California, for the development and further distribution of the Illinois Baby Potato Lima Bean. T h e company has since decided not to enter into this agreement and therefore it has been cancelled. This report was received for record. AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATIVE INVESTIGATION (9) A report of the approval of a cooperative investigation with the American Dry Milk Institute, Inc., for a study of the Effect of Milk Solids on the Mineral Metabolism of Children, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1939. The Institute agrees to contribute an additional $3,300 for the extension of this investigation. This report was received for record. PURCHASES RECOMMENDED (10) A recommendation that the purchase be authorized of book paper for publications of the Extension Service in Agriculture and H o m e Economics as follows: 30 tons 25 x 38 —6o# " A " Grade E.F. Book Paper 10^2 tons 25 x 38 — 8 o # No. 2 Folding Enamel Paper the English Finish paper to be purchased from the Messinger Paper Company, Chicago, at a price of $4,680.00 ;^and the Enamel paper from the Dwight Bros. Paper Company, Chicago, at a price of $1,816.50, both being the lowest bidders for these respective papers. O n m o t i o n of D r .
