178 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. URBANA, I I I . , September 6, 1895. To the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. GENTLEMEN: Your Finance Committee begs leave to report that it has examined Agricultural Experiment Station vouchers numbers 172 to 362, inclusive, and has found the same correct and correctly receipted. « Respectfully submitted, N. B. MORRISON, S. A. BULLARD, Committee on Finance. T h e following resolution, w i t h r e g a r d to t h e choice of p l a n s for t h e l i b r a r y b u i l d i n g , was a d o p t e d on m o t i o n of Mr. M o r g a n : Resolved, That the twelve plans designated respectively by "America," a Tblack fleur-de-lis, "Via Veritas Vita," a six pointed star in a circle, " L i b e r , " "Meliora Speramus," " L i b r e , " " R e x , " a white triangle in a circle, "Verit a s , " "Ste. Genevieve," and " K e y s , " be selected as the ones which seem most meritorious to the Board, pursuant to resolution previously adopted, and that the architectural experts be requested to proceed with all practicable speed to carry out said resolution so far as the said plans are concerned.
