MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 3, 1923 The December meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Governor's office, in Springfield, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Monday, December 3, 1923. The following members were present: President Noble, M r . Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Small, Mr. Trees. President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White. O n motion of Mr. Blair, i was voted that this meeting be subt stituted for the quarterly meeting scheduled for December 11. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of October 27 and November 3, 1923. The minutes were approved as printed on pages 331 to 364 above. 36S
