10 T University of Illinois Library School DISTRICT ALUMNI REUNIONS ILLINOIS The meeting of the Illinois Library Association at Decatur was th* occasion for an Alumni breakfast, Friday, November 2, at the St. Nicholas Hotel. The following Alumni were present: Eugenia Allinf Ethel Kratz Opal Stone, Fay Hart, P. L. Windsor and wife,. Ruby Kerley, Elizabeth Windsor, Vera J. Smith, Ethel Bond, Mae Hessler, Fern Garrett, Grace Murray, Hazel I. Beale, Mary J. Booth, Alleen Wilson, Katharine I Arzinger, Anne Benner, Maybelle Leland, Lucy Errett, Margaret Dick, Lila Stonemitz, Julia Lind. INDIANA The Indiana Alumni of the University of Illinois Library School met informally for breakfast at the Momingside Hotel in South Bend, Friday, October 28 during the annual I.L.A. meeting. Those present were: Frances Kraft, Gary; Alice Van Zanten and Estella Stringer, Fort Wayne; Barcus Tichenor, Leela Smith, Sally Robards and Elizabeth Hinckley. Muncie; Esther Schlundt, Lafayette; Edna Gillogly, South Bend; and Nell Coats, Hazel Whiteleather and Helen Clark, Indianapolis. Marguerite Anderson, Indianapolis was elected Chairman for the 1935 meeting and Eleanore Cammack, Lafayette, Secretary. HELEN CLARK KANSAS I On October 24, 25, and 26 the Kansas Library Association met in Manhattan, Kansas. At this time the Illinois Library School Alumni had a grand reunion and dinner party at the Kansas State College cafeteria. Martha Cullipher, Mildred Camp, and Louise Barry arranged the dinner and carried out the Illinois colors with flowers and place cards carrying Illini seals which were sent P.D.Q. from Urbana express for the occasion. It was a gala affair and even the one man enjoyed it. The group who enjoyed the reunion was: Alice L. Beach, Gayle Clark, Mary E. Hoff, Mary E. Sherfy, Ruth Hammond, Jessie Gulick, Josephine Cowles, Louise Barry, C. P. Baber, Grace Crumpacker, Mildred Camp, Alice H. Buckner, Grace E. Derby, B. Howard Holt, Martha R. Cullipher, Gladys Judv, Elizabeth H. Davis. B. HOWARD HOLT KENTUCKY At the annual breakfast meeting of the Illinois Library School graduates in Kentucky, I was requested, as president of the group to write you about our meeting which was held as a part of the meeting of the K L Ain Louisville in October. The following Alumni were present at the breakfast: Margaret Ttittlt University of Kentucky; Lena B. Noficier and Perma Rich of the Kentucky Library Commission; Evelyn Schneider and Elizabeth Hause of the University of Louisville; Mary Dildine. Union College, Barbourvillc; Tone Williams, Sue Bennet College. London: Miss Katterjohn Univer* tv of Kentucky; Phoebe Dimock, Pikeville College. Pikcville; and Edna Rothe Western Kentucky Teachers College, Bowling Green. Miss Williams wh( was elected Treasurer collected eight dollars alumni dues from thos< present.
