purchase of such cattle must be completed at market prices immediately. Next year there will be greater than the usual variations because of the rulings of the Office of Price Stabilization. It is recommended that the Comptroller be authorized to complete the purchase of cattle at market prices upon recommendation of the Dean of the College of Agriculture and when funds are available for such purchases.

On motion of Mrs. Watkins, authority was granted as recommended.
