The award in each case is t o the lowest bidder. (17) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend assignment of $84,115 from the Urbana-Champaign General Reserve and award of the following contracts, subject to funds being made available therefor by the Seventy-fifth General Assembly, based on the percentages bid for contractors' fees. T h e contracts are for remodeling Rooms 107 and 117 in the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory for the Engineering Measurements Program, the award in each case to the lowest bidder.
