The space will be used for Engineering Publications and the Office of the Coordinator of Relations with Industry. The award in each case is to the lowest bidder. Submitted herewith is a report from the Physical Plant Department, including a schedule of bids received, a copy of which is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. I concur.
