AGREEMENTS WITH UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR RESEARCH PROJECTS (20) T h e Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station from time to time executes "Memoranda of Agreement" with the United States Department of Agriculture relative to research projects in which the Department cooperates with the Station. These have not heretofore been presented to the Board for report or approval. Although State funds are often used in connection with these projects, they are a part of the regular Experiment Station program and the assignments of such funds would be made notwithstanding cooperation from the Federal Government. This arrangement was authorized by the President of the University in 1923 and is being brought to the attention of the Board for review and further instructions. O n m o t i o n of M r s .
