I recommend that the Board of Trustees authorize the appointment of a Faculty Committee or Commission to be working on plans for this celebration for consideration by the Board at a proper time.

On motion of Mr. Mayer, the President of the University was authorized to appoint this committee.

DATE OF APRIL MEETING

The date of the April meeting was set as Wednesday, April 14, 1937, at the University, in Urbana.
