On motion of Mr. Trees, this budget was adopted, and the President of the University was directed to secure the introduction of a bill for the appropriation in the 1931 session of the General Assembly, and to take charge of the matter from n o w on. Dr. Noble requested that his vote be recorded in the affirmative on all the items in this budget except the item of $1,400,000 for the Medical and Dental Laboratories.
