CONTRACT FOR STAGE EQUIPMENT IN LECTURE ROOM OF LINCOLN HALL ADDITION

This bid is $87 above the Twin City Company's bid which, however, did not fully comply with the specifications, as in certain cases the Twin City Company reduced the dimensions specified for curtains so that the Volland Scenic Studios m a y be considered to be the lowest bidders. The President concurs in this recommendation. O n motion of M r . Barr, this contract was awarded as recommended.

President Kinley concurs in this recommendation. O n motion of M r . Barr, this contract was awarded to the lowest bidder as recommended.

EXPENDITURE FOR MUSEUM CASES FOR LINCOLN HALL ADDITION

(11) The following recommendation from the Supervising Architect: "I recommend that whatever free balance there m a y be in the appropriation for the Addition to Lincoln Hall be spent for museum specimens, to be selected from the accompanying lists submitted by Professor Neil C. Brooks and M r . H. N . Couch.
