ADVANCE PAYMENT OF MATRICULATION FEE IN THE SCHOOL OF PHARMACY (5) The Registrar has recently called my attention to the practice of the School of Pharmacy, requiring the payment of the matriculation fee in advance of registration. This has never been authorized. I request that i be t authorized now. O n motion of Mrs. Ickes, this practice was authorized. CONTRACT FOR PRINTING OF ANNUAL REGISTER (6) The Comptroller submits the following schedule of bids secured by the Purchasing Agent on the printing of the 1927-28 Register. He recommends, and the Comptroller and the Director of the University Press concur, that the contract be awarded to the Rogers Printing Company of Dixon, the low bidder. The Comptroller requests that he and the Secretary of the Board be authorized to complete a contract with thisfirmon the basis of the bid submitted by i . t BIDS ON 1927-1928 ANNUAL REGISTER Uniform specifications, copy attached, were submitted to the following firms and bids were received in the form of unit prices on the various items in the specifications (except that of the Jefferson Printing Company who submitted a t t lfigurefor the job).
