He recommends that the contract be awarded to Snead & Company, the lowest responsible and acceptable bidder, on the basis of their bid of $138,780, with the option of changing to cast iron shelf supports instead of the sheet steel, for the additional sum of $4,900. I concur in this recommendation. O n motion of D r . Noble, this award was m a d e as recommended.
