VENTILATION IN THE THIRD UNIT OF THE N E W LIBRARY BUILDING

(Chicago) II 600 He recommends that the contract be awarded to Carstens Bros, of Ackley, Iowa, the lowest responsible and acceptable bidder, on the basis of their bid of £4,95°I concur in the recommendation.
