MATTERS PRESENTED BY PRESIDENT KINLEY The Board considered the following matters presented by the President of the University. APPROPRIATIONS FOR NEW BUILDINGS (1) I recommend that the funds appropriated by the Fifty-fifth General Assembly for the new buildings for the biennium 1927-29 be appropriated as follows: Third unit of a Library Building and equipment #500,000 Addition to Lincoln Hall and equipment 500,000 Materials Testing Laboratory and equipment 500,000 O n motion of M r s .
