144 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [ M a r c h 12, I recommend that the report be made part of the records of the Board and that the Board extend its thanks to the gentlemen who have so kindly served us in this matter and assure them that their report is in accordance with the policy of the Board and that everything possible will be done to carry out their recommendations.
