Of these contracts Nos. 37, 39, 61, 66, 74, 83 have been paid in full, the contracts returned to the University, and deeds given. Nos. 82, 86 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 96, 100, 101, 102, 104, 106, 107, 108, 110, 111, 115 have been declared void, as payments of interest are several years in arrears. Most of these contracts have been assigned to the University. Some four or five more will be declared void after January 1, 1899, if the payment of interest is delinquent three years or more. I should be glad to know if this course is approved by the Board. I also wish instructions in those cases where the contracts are not assigned to the University when declared void.
