Paper H is an estimate of receipts and expenses for the nine months ending June 30, 1899. Paper I is a list of appropriations the Board is requested to make at this time. Paper L is a report of receipts for the three months ending September 30, 1898. Paper M is a list of general University vouchers presented for audit, being 1 to 550j inclusive.
