DECEMBER 19, 1899. To the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. Your Committee on Agriculture respectfully recommends that the sum of $100 be appropriated for repairs and, lumber at the barns and that $60.00' more be allowed to complete the fence on the north farm. Your Committee also recommends the appropriation of $18.75 for rebuilding the cistern. The foregoing sums are to be paid from the State appropriation for repairs and maintenance of barns.
