262 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. A m o t i o n was m a d e t o reconsider, a n d t h e m o t i o n to reconsider w a s l a i d on t h e table. T h e following resolution was a d o p t e d : Besolved, That Hon. James R. Mann and Hon. J. 0 . Cunningham be associated to represent the interests of the Board in the indictment found under the flag laws, but that the said attorneys be advised that the members of the Board nave no desire to avoid the allegations against them on technical rounds, but that they shall establish the fact in court that the course pursued as been a full compliance with the intent of the law making power. g T h e resolution was a d o p t e d b y t h e following v o t e : Y e a s : Messrs.
