T h e F a r m C o m m i t t e e m a d e t h e following r e p o r t in r e g a r d t o leasing t h e Griggs farm: To the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, GENTLEMEN: Your committee has leased the land known as the Griggs farm to Charles Buhs, from March 1, 1891, to January 1, 1896, at a rental of $640 a year, with equal payments to be made September 1st and January 1st of each year.
