LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR DIRECTOR J. L. ERB (2) A recommendation that the President of the University be authorized to grant leave of absence with full pay to Director J. L. Erb of the School of Music from November 25 to January 3, on account of ill health. On motion of Mrs. Busey, this recommendation was approved. ANNUAL, REGISTER (3) Recommendation from the Committee on Catalog, approved by the Council of Administration: 1. That the total number of copies for the 1920-21 edition be made 16,500. 2. That 13,000 copies, to include all material except the student lists, be scheduled for publication on February 15. 3. That the remaining 3,500 copies be held with the printer until it is possible to furnish copy for the complete student lists including registrations for the second semester, and that these copies be scheduled for publication on May 1. 4. That except for the regular official mailing list, which includes the Board of Trustees, members of the General Assembly, the University Senate, libraries, colleges and universities, high schools, etc., a nominal charge be made for the catalogs which include the student lists.
