MEETING OF THE BOARD O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 19, 1920 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Ifeiverstty of Illinois was held at the University, m Urbana, at 10 o 'cfeok a.*n. on Friday, November 19, 1920, pursuant to the following notice Which was sent out by the Secretary on November 10, 1920. Oh the call of the President. Mr. Robert E, Carr, .there will iye a special meeting of trie Board of Trustees of the University of'Illinois, m Urban a, at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 1920, to consider matters submitted by the President of the University and the Committees of the Board, and such other matters'as maybe duly submitted. It is very desirable that a full attendance be secured for this meeting, as matters pertaining to the Legislative Budget will fee p^scnted. When the Board convened, the following members were present: President Carr, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Biisey, M m Evans^.Mr* Herbert:, Mr. Hoit. Mr. Abbott and Mr. Blair came later. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of September 14 s a ^ o f the adjouroed session ©fSeptember 23,. 1939.
