her marriage to Mr. Ray Trosper in 1932. Mrs. Trosper was Head of *h* iodical Department at the University of Oklahoma, Norman before lore r marriage. ' Charlotte E Howe B.S. '30, was made Librarian of the Junior and Senior High School Libraries, Emporia, Kansas, this fall. Lucy E. Jones, B.S. '30, has been promoted from Assistant Librarian to Librarian of the Veterans Administration Facility U.S. Government Hospital at Ft. Lyon, Colorado. Gretchen D. Knief, B.S. '30, resigned her position as Assistant in the Reference and Circulation Department of the Los Angeles County Free Library last fall to accept the Librarianship of the Siskiyou County Free Library, Yreka, California. Donald W. Kohlstedt, B.S. '30, resigned his position as Assistant Librarian of the Municipal Reference Library at St. Louis, Missouri, to accept the Katherine L. Sharp Scholarship and register in the Graduate School here this year, taking work for the M.A., majoring in Library Science. He will teach in the Summer Session of the Library School. I Mr. and Mrs. Bernie L. McNabb, B.S. '30, are the parents of a baby girl, Ruth Louise, born November 11. Mrs. McNabb was formerly Nellie R. Myers. They reside at 304 N. Russell St., Champaign, 111. Susan E. Miller, B.S. '30, is now Librarian of the Henry Clay High ool Library, Lexington, Kentucky. Mary Lucile Nickell, B.S. '30, Assistant Cataloger, University of Chiago Library, spent her vacation in Europe last summer. Mrs. Delilah Blanche Hargis Roehm, B.S. '30, is an Assistant in the ree Public Library, Santa Barbara, California. Olga E. Skartvedt, B.S. '30, resigned her position as a part-time assistant in the Library School to accept the position as Assistant Examining Clerk of the Examining Division, Civil Service Commission, Washington, D.C., at the end of the 1934 summer session. [ Alice B. Wesley, B.S. '30, has resigned from her position in the Binding department of the University Library, and has been made Librarian of the Urbana, 111., Public Library. Marcia Alice Wheeler, B.S. '30, has resigned her position as an Assistant m the Catalog department of the Public Library at Evansville, Indiana, to become Librarian of the Public Library at Hinsdale, Illinois. Irma M. Woods, B.S. '30, is Librarian of the Public Library at Winterset, Iowa. %m Marion Marshall, 1st Sem., 1929-30, was married October 61 1934-, to Mr. Robert Carlton and they are now located in Apartment 102, 351 Merton Road, Detroit, Michigan. Mrs. Carlton worked half time in Shortndge High School Library and Butler University Library, Indianapolis, Indiana, before her marriage. Dolly H. Taylor, s.s. '30, has recently been married to Mr. William MacPherson. We understand Mr. and Mrs. MacPherson are living in Santa Barbara, California. Lucy Ann Babcock, M.A. '31, is Acting Librarian at * « Eastern State w Normal School, Madison, South Dakota, while Ruth Krueger is finishing UP her work on her Master's degree at Illinois.
