Dr. Armour H. Evans and they are living in Andover, Kansas, where D r Evans is pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Anna Louise Thrall, '29, has resigned her position as Branch Librarian of the East Side Branch of the Public Library at Evansville, Indiana I become Librarian of the Evansville College Library. Gertrude Grainger Wutzke, B.S. '29, resigned her position in the Uni versity of Illinois Catalog Department, February 15, and joined her husband on a farm at Millington, Illinois. Elizabeth L. Wyant, B.S. '29, has recently resigned her position as Assistant in the Public Library at Highland Park, Illinois, to do some graduate work in English literature at the University of Chicago this year. Anna Jones (Mrs. Evans) 1928-29, writes they have a new son, Richard Bates Evans, born November 8, 1934. Mrs. Evans was at one time assistant in the Catalog Department of DePauw University Library, Greencastle, Indiana. Anne H. Farrington, 1928-29, who has been Hospital Librarian at Maybury Sanitorium, Northville, Michigan, the past two years, resigned to become Librarian of the Hospital Branch of the Wayne County Library at Detroit, Michigan. Opal Humphreys, 1st sem. 1928-29, Librarian of the North Texas Agricultural College, tells us that the N.T.A.C. Library moved into and occupies an entire building having only one floor. It has been necessary to double the library budget in order to meet demands and needs of an enlarged student body, and, of course, build a more adequate library. Five student assistants have been added. Ruth G. Boughton, B.S. '30, who, has been an assistant in the Queensborough Public Library, Jamaica, New York, first in the Catalog Department and more recently in the Branches, has recently married Mr. Richard B. Howarfl. We understand Mrs. Howard's new home address is 87 East Wyoming Avenue, Melrose, Massachusetts. Nellie M. Bredehoft, B.S. '30, began work as Librarian of the Public Library at Charleston, Illinois, January 10, 1935. Janet P. Cooper, B.S. '30, is now Mrs. L. F. Dakin and is Acting Librarian of the Scarsdale, New York Public Library. Ethel E. Donahey, B.S. '30, who has been Assistant in charge of Periodicals, Binding and Exchanges at the University of Florida Library, Gainesville, Florida, is now Acting Head of the Circulation Department F at that institution. Evelyn A. Elliott, B.S '30, resigned her position as Assistant Librarian of the Senior High School, Topeka, Kansas, to become Head of the Catalog D e m e n t , Kellogg Library" Kansas State Teachen> College^ Emporia Ruth C Funkhouser, B.S. '30, resigned her position as Head of the Circulation Department, Public Library, Evansville, Indiana *nH was recently married to Mr. Howard McMurtry.
