Charlotte Newton, M.A. 2 9 , accepted the position in charge of the Fr hman Courses Reading Room, University of Georgia Library, Athens ;ia, last fall. Mary Alice Coffey, B.S. '29, was married December 28, 1933, to Mr. M. P. Weiler, according to information just recently received. Mrs. Weiler is continuing her work in the Flint, Michigan, Public Library, so far as we know. S. Whalin), B.S. '31, has resigned and is now living at 1017 W Ch* Champaign. Alice Cummins (Mrs. Herbert T. Gibson), B.S. '29, reports a new daughter, Theodosia Alice. Mr. and Mrs. Gibson now reside in Little Rock. Arkansas, where Mr. Gibson is practicing law. Mrs. Gibson was formerly on the staff of the University of Florida. Margaret M. Field, B.S. '29, writes that she received her master's degree in Library Science from the University of California at Berkeley in July, 1933, that she was an assistant in the Modesto Junior College Library, Modesto, California, 1933-34, and that she has recently accepted the position as Librarian of the Carnegie Library at Lewiston, Idaho. Agnes Lucille Gibson, B.S. '29, has recently notified the Library School office of her marriage to Mr. Stanley Martin. Mrs. Martin is still working at the Akron Public Library. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hayden, B.S. '29, announce the birth of a daughter. Mr. Hayden is Acting Supervisor of Departmental Libraries at the University of Iowa. Edna M. Johannaber, B.S. '29, formerly librarian of the Park Junior High School Library, Knoxville, Tennessee, is now assistant librarian of the Washington Branch Library at Kansas City, Missouri. • Dorothy N. Kirk, B.S. '29, writes that she has been married since December, 1930, and that she has a two-year old son. She was married to Mr. Frank Cantrell and they are at home at 5911 Kingsbury Street, St. Louis, Missouri. Katherine Kirtley (Mrs. Robert P. Weed), B.S. '29, has just been appointed High School Librarian at Daytona Beach, Florida. In August, 1934, Mr. Weed was accidentally killed while examining a gun. They had made their home in Daytona ever since their marriage. Myrne Moffit, B.S. '29, resigned her position as Librarian of the Veterans' Administration Facility Library at Gulf port, Mississippi, to be married. Miss Moffit was married to Dr. Ashby Steele on Saturday, September 8, at Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dr. and Mrs. Steele are at home at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri. Ada May Young Regenos, B.S. '29, is now living at 2108 Broadway Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. Betty B Snyder, ex '29, is now Mrs. J. E. Nero and has a son 3 years •Id. Mr and Mrs. Nero are living in Bellows Falls, Vermont, where Mr. T ero is district saies manager for the Pillsbury Flour Company. Dorothy A. Suter, B.S.
