FEBRUARY MEETING By unanimous consent, the next meeting of the Board of T r u s t e e s was ordered to be held on Monday, F e b r u a r y 23, 1953, beginning at 10:30 a.m., at Urbana-Champaign. ANNUAL MEETING President Livingston called attention to the provision in Article I, Section 1 of the By-Laws of the Board of T r u s t e e s that the Board shall hold an annual meeting on the second T u e s d a y in M a r c h unless the date of such meeting be changed by the Board. It was the consensus of opinion that since the second T u e s d a y in M a r c h is only two weeks after the date now set for the F e b r u a r y meeting, it would be advisable to have the annual meeting later in M a r c h . On motion of M r . Megran, the B o a r d voted to hold its annual meeting on March 25, 1953, in Chicago. T h e Board adjourned.
