Item Fire, extended coverage, vandalism and malicious mischief insurance subject to 80% co-insurance and including unearned premium coverage effective July 1, 1951, for five years in the amount of 3850,000 on the Green Street apartment building (second unit of Student and Staff Apartments), Urbana, and on the contents thereof in the amount of 340,000, with the term premium payable in annual installments and the University having the right to terminate the coverage at any time
