MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 15, 1951 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Mini Union Building, Urbana, Illinois, on Thursday, February 15, 1951, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The following members were present: President Williamson, Mr. Herrick, Mr. Hickman, Mr. Livingston, Mr. McLaughlin, Mrs. Watkins. Also present were President Stoddard, Provost Coleman R. Griffith, Vice-President A. C. Ivy, Messrs. Howard A. Hazleton, Business Manager of the Chicago Colleges, C. C. DeLong, Bursar, J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information; Judge John H. Armstrong, Attorney, Champaign, special counsel for the University; and Messrs. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, C. W. Weldon, Treasurer, and A. J. Janata, Secretary of the Board. 533
