EXPENDITURES

SPECIAL APPROPRIATIONS

(37) The Chicago Professional Colleges Committee on Nonrecurring Appropriations recommends assignments of funds from the General Reserve Fund for the following purposes: 1. Equipment for the Animal Hospital $2 630 2. Equipment in the Department of Physiology 2 100 3. Purchase of a phase microscope for the Department of Anatomy 875 4. A call system in the Library rooms and stacks 600 5. Equipment for the College of Pharmacy 1 200 6. Relocation of the Electrocardiogram and Basal Metabolism Units in the Research and Educational Hospitals 650 I concur. The requests for these assignments of funds have been carefully studied by the Chicago Professional Colleges Committee on Nonrecurring Appropriations. Reports of the Committee, giving details oh each item, are submitted herewith.

On motion of Mrs. Holt, these appropriations were made, as recommended, by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Fornof, Mr. Herrick, Mr. Hickman, Mrs. Holt, Mr. Livingston, Mr. McLaughlin, Mr. Nickell, Mrs. Watkins, Mr. Williams'on; no, none; absent, Doctor Meyer, Mr. Stevenson.
