seven tenths (300.7) feet; thence north twenty degrees fifty eight minutes (20°58') west one hundred thirty six and three tenths (136.3) feet; thence north one degree thirty seven minutes (l°37') east one thousand six hundred and six tenths (1,600.6) feet; thence north one degree thirty five minutes (l°35') east two thousand six hundred fifty one and two tenths (2,651.2) feet; thence south eighty eight degrees twenty minutes (88°2o') east two thousand five hundred seven and four tenths (2,507.4) feet to the northwest ( N W ) corner of said Section Twenty O n e (21) ; thence south eighty eight degrees thirty one minutes (88°3i') east two thousand six hundred five and six tenths (2,605.6) feet to the point of beginning. Containing in the northwest quarter ( N W J4) of said Section Twenty One (21) seventy one and thirty one one hundredths (71.31) acres and in the northeast quarter ( N E VA) of said Section Twenty (20) one hundred forty three and fifty nine one hundredths (14359) acres and in the southeast quarter ( S E %) of said Section Twenty (20) thirty four and eighty nine one hundredths (34.89) acres. Total two hundred forty nine and seventy nine one hundredths (249.79) acres, more or less. to be used by said BOARD as a 4-H Club camp and for other 4-H Club activities. Said premises may also be used and maintained by 4-H Clubs for related recreational and educational purposes, but shall not be used for any other purpose. T h e BOARD in its sole discretion shall determine for which of said 4-H Club activities and purposes the above described premises shall from time to time be used. If 4-H Clubs shall cease to exist or if for a continuous period ot more than one year no 4-H Club shall use said premises, the BOARD may make this property a part of the Robert Allerton P a r k by filing a written declaration thereof in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Piatt County, Illinois, and in such event the BOARD shall hold and use the above described premises upon the trust terms and conditions set forth in the deed of gift of the Woodland Property made this

day by said ROBERT ALLERTON to the BOARD OF TRUSTEES or T H E UNIVERSITY OF

ILLINOIS, or instead of making this property a part of the Robert Allerton Park, the BOARD may authorize and permit the above described premises to be used by the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts, and similar youth organizations, in which event said premises may be used as a camp for such organizations, or any of them, and for other activities of such organizations and may also be used and maintained by them for related recreational and educational purposes, but not for any other purpose, the BOARD in its sole discretion to determine by which of said organizations and for which of said purposes the above described premises are from time to time to be used.
