Pharmacy: Drugs other t h a n those routinely provided by each service, appliances, such a s special bandages, crutches, identification tags, shall be ordered on t h e Hospital Prescription forms from t h e Pharmacy. Income shall be credited t o Hospital Pharmacy Revolving F u n d . Operating R o o m : Operating room service charges, including anesthesia, shall be as follows: Major Operation Minor Operation Central Supply: Oxygen therapy charges shall be $5 for each day or fraction thereof for all outfits, including masks, positive pressure, Aerosol, Pharyngal, and tents. Hospit al izat ion: A charge of #12 for a one-day, #16 for a two-day, and #20 for a three-day stay, and $6 a day beginning with the fourth and subsequent days. A per diem charge of #2 for infant care provided after discharge of mother. Costs for special d u t y nurses are t o be paid by t h e patient in accordance with prevailing procedures. PURCHASES
