Physical Medicine: Treatments as prescribed during any weekly period Radiology (X-ray films, and X-ray and radium treatments at the following schedule): Chest (heart or lungs): 13 years and under Over 13 years Colon and GI tract Colon (opaque enema) Epilation treatments Extremities (2 views of localized part) Entire upper or lower extremity 2 views: 13 years and under Over 13 years Gall bladder dye test, colon, and GI tract (includes dye) Gall bladder dye visualization (includes dye) Jaw Laminographs Mastoids Miniature chests Oesophagus Pregnancy—for disproportion Pregnancy—scout film Radium skin plaques Radium therapy other than plaques Ribs (2 views) Shoulder (2 views) Sinuses Skull: 1 view 2 or more views Spine: Cervical (2 views) 2 views of other localized part Entire spine (2 views): 13 years and under Over 13 years Upper GI tract Urinary tract-—IVP (includes dye) Urinary tract—plain film X-ray therapy treatments (except epilation) Tumor Clinic: Radon seeds shall be assessed at $1 each by Tumor Clinic Office. Seeds made available to the staff for private cases shall be charged to the physician at the same cost Electroencephalograms: Electroencephalograms taken by the Department of Psychiatry shall be charged at #10 each. Charges shall be assessed by the technician Electrocardiograms: Electrocardiograms ordered from the Medical Department shall be assessed by t h e technician at $2 each. Repeat tracings will be taken without charge Laboratory: Laboratory tests including basal metabolisms are covered under admission. Blood Bank: Existing procedures and charges for plasma and whole blood shall be continued: S25 for one unit of whole blood (one pint); $25 for one unit (200 cc) of plasma. 1

1 If the patient furnishes a donor no charge is made for blood transfusions. The income from charges for blood transfusions is used to pay professional donors for blood furnished for patients.
