DOBBERMAN, Associate in Architecture, extension of leave without pay for one year from September 1, 1944, so that he may continue his work iri the office of the State Architect at Springfield. His services will not be needed in the Department of Architecture. M R S . R U T H MATLOCK, Secretary at the College of Commerce and Business Administration, extension of leave without pay from September I, 1944, through January 31, 1945, in order that she may join her husband who has returned from overseas. HELENA V. BURKE, Head Nurse in the Research and Educational Hospitals, extension of leave without pay from September 1, 1944, through February 28, 1945, because of illness in her family. WILLIAM L. BURLISON, Professor of Crop Production and Head of the Department of Agronomy, sick leave with pay from July 10 through December 31, 1944, or as much thereof as is needed for his full recovery. MARTHA CUNNINGHAM, J u n i o r Clerk-Stenographer in the Department of Radiology, College of Medicine, sick leave with pay from June 22 through August 2, 1944. C. A. STANLEY, Janitor in the Physical Plant Department, extension of leave with pay from June 1 through July 23, 1944, because of illness. MARY HOCKMAN, Assistant Clerk-Typist in the Residence Halls, leave without pay from J u n e 24, 1944, through June 23, 1945, because of the elimination of her position caused by the closing of the A.S.T.P. Mess Hall. M R S . OLLIE CROXVILLE, Cook in the Residence Halls, leave without pay from June 6 through August 31, 1944, to take lighter work through the summer months to recover normal health. A. C. HARRISON, Laborer in the Physical Plant Department, extension of disability leave with pay from September 1 through September 30, 1944. MOLLIE HALL, Staff Nurse in the Research and Educational Hospitals, leave without pay from July 1 through July 11, 1944. M R S . MILDRED K. BATTISTE, Assistant Office Appliance Operator in the Department of Agricultural Economics, leave without pay from August 1 through November 30, 1944. C. E. MILLER, Construction Foreman in the Physical Plant Department, extension of leave with pay from July 1 through August 31, 1944. MICHAEL JENNICHES, Electrician in the Chicago Physical Plant Department, leave without pay from July 1 through July 4, 1944. A. J. CORSON, Garage Attendant, Physical Plant Department, sick leave with pay from August 1 through August 31, 1944.
