Walker Plumbing and Heating, Inc., Decatur 34 000 Since none of the lowest bidders for the six contracts last mentioned abcv? have_ included any increase in their bids for those contracts if they are not awarded within ninety days from June 8, 1961, but are awarded within one hundred and eighty days from that date, it is recommended that the Executive Committte authorize awards of those contracts subject to the availability of funds within wie hundred and eighty days after June 8, 1961, or by December 6, 1961. _A supporting memorandum from the Physical Plant Department on these projects, including a schedule of the bids received, is submitted herewith, and a copy is being filed with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees for record.
