Stewart Department of German — Associate Professor Frank G. Banta apartment of Philosophy — Professor Frederick L. Will ejtartment of Political Science — P r o f e s s o r Charles B. H a g a n department of Zoology — P r o f e s s o r James B. Kitzmiller The salary in each case will be determined when the budget for 1961-62 is sutaitted to the Board of Trustees for approval. These recommendations haye been made after consultation with the Execut e Committees of the Departments and with the concurrence of the Vice• resident and Provost and the Dean of the Graduate College. The University statutes provide for biennial tenure for departmental chairmen, I concur.
