436 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES APPROVED [April 19 The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees on November 16, I960, press proof copies of which had previously been sent to the Board. On motion of Mr. Swain, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 193 to 225, inclusive. BUSINESS PRESENTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY The Board took up consideration of the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.
