CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF ELEVATORS IN BURNSIDES RESEARCH LABORATORY (11) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend award of a contract for $21,400 to the Fairhall Elevator and Machine Company, Danville, the lowest bidder, for the installation of elevators in the Burnsides Research Laboratory. At the time other contracts for the construction of the Burnsides Research Laboratory were awarded, only one bid on the elevator installation had been received and it was rejected and new bids have been taken. The work will consist of installation of laboratory furniture and utilities. Funds are available in United States Public Health Service Grant RG 4728 C5.
