Von Ammon, 920 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, for interior decorating services in the Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Halls at a fee of $7,000, which is 5.1 per cent of the estimated cost of equipment and furnishings for which he is to make selections and provide specifications.
