Orchard Downs Apartments) for the account of which $5,000,000 Housing Revenue Bonds of 1960, Series A were issued, and which was also designated for, and constitutes a portion of the project site of Project F (otherwise known as Orchard Downs Addition) for the account of which $2,100,000 Housing Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series A were issued, both issues being under and pursuant to that Housing Revenue Bond Resolution of this Board of Trustees adopted December 17, 1958, as supplemented (herein called the "Resolution") and described as follows: Situated in the State of Illinois, the County of Champaign, and being a part of the N W VA of the N i/2 of the S W VA of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and being more fully bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe 1005.0 feet distant South of and 30.0 feet distant West of the N E corner of the N W VA of Section 20, said pipe being in the West property line of Race Street in the City of Urbana; thence Southerly along the West property line of said Race Street, extended South, a distance of 1,756.66 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe; thence Westerly a distance of 200.0 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the West property line of said Race Street, extended South, a distance of 1,756.66 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe; thence Easterly a distance of 200.0 feet to the place of beginning, (said property herein being called "Abandoned Property") is not revenue producing and is not needed as a part of the sites of the above mentioned projects; and WHEREAS T h e Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois wishes to add to the above Project Sites additional land upon which additional revenue producing facilities will be constructed, said facilities consisting Items 1 and 2 of Project J as described in the Ninth Supplemental Housing Revenue Bond Resolution, approved March 14, 1967; and WHEREAS the abandonment of the Abandoned Property will not materially affect the use or occupancy of any of the facilities for the account for which bonds have been issued under the Resolution or the revenues derived or to be derived from any such facilities : Now, Therefore, Be It, and It Hereby Is Resolved that T h e Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation of the State of Illinois, does hereby permanently abandon the use of the said above described Abandoned Property as part of the Project Site of Projects D and F and concurrently therewith replaces said Abandoned Property with additional property, and henceforth the Project Sites for Item 2 of Project D and for Project F, shall be described as follows : Situated in the State of Illinois, the County of Champaign, the City of Urbana and being a part of the N W VA of Sec. 20 and the N Vl of the S W 14 of Sec. 20, Township 19 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and being more fully bounded and described as follows : Beginning at a point 1005.0 feet distant South of and 230.0 feet distant West of the N E corner of the N W VA of said Section 20, said point being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Westerly, a distance of 1120.0 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southerly, a distance of 260.96 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southeasterly, a distance of 390.51 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southerly, a distance of 514.55 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Westerly, a distance of 390.0 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southerly, a distance of 890.0 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Easterly, a distance of 612.89 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southwesterly, a distance of 507.91 feet to a corner, said corner being marked with an iron pipe monument; Thence Southeasterly, a distance of
