Said site also being the Project Site of Items 1 and 2 of Project J as described in the Ninth Supplemental Housing Revenue Bond Resolution, approved March 14, 1967. Be It Further Resolved that inasmuch as the Abandoned Property is not revenue producing, all of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 8.01 of the Resolution are fully satisfied to the extent they may in any way be considered applicable. JOLIET EXPERIMENTAL FIELD (36) T h e Joliet Experimental Field of approximately thirty-one acres, acquired by the University of Illinois in 1913 from the County of Will, was discontinued as an experimental field prior to 1964. The warranty deed conveying the property to the University provided that in the event agricultural experimentation should be discontinued for a period of two consecutive years the title and ownership of this land should revert to the County of Will. F o r over a year discussions have been under way with representatives of the Will County Board of Supervisors concerning the disposition of this tract, since the reverter statute of the state raised questions as to whether title was in the University or in the County. The County has represented that it desires to use the land for its governmental purposes. T h e Seventy-fifth General Assembly has enacted a bill directing the Board of Trustees to reconvey this tract by quit claim deed to Will County, and on March 8, 1967, the legislation was approved by the Governor of the State of Illinois. Under the provisions of this Act, the quit claim deed from the University to the County is to be executed no later than ninety days from the date of the Governor's approval. T o implement the requirements of the Act, it is requested that the following resolution be adopted. Resolution Transferring Joliet Experimental Field in Will County, Illinois, to the County of Will Be It, and It Hereby Is Resolved by The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation of the State of Illinois, that the President and Secretary of this corporation be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge, and deliver in the name and in behalf of this corporation, a quit claim deed as so provided in "An A C T requiring the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to reconvey certain land to the County of Will", approved March 8, 1967, in order to convey to the County of Will in the State of Illinois, title to the real property hereinafter described viz: Commencing at the South West Corner of the North West Quarter (N.W. i/j) of Section Thirty one (31), in Township Thirty six (36) North, and in Range Ten (10), East of the Third (3rd) Principal Meridian, and running thence East on the South line of said Quarter Section, T w o Thousand and Fifty (20S0) feet; thence North on a line parallel with the West line of said Quarter Section, Six Hundred Fifty eight and Seventy five One Hundredths (6S8.7S) feet; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of said Quarter Section, Two Thousand and Fifty (20S0) feet to the West line thereof, and thence South on the West line of said Quarter Section, Six Hundred Fifty eight and Seventy five One Hundredths (658.75) feet to the place of beginning, containing Thirty one (31) acres more or less, according
