The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Trustees on December 15, 1965, January 19 and February 16, 1966, press proof copies of which had previously been sent to the Board. On motion of Mr. Johnston, these minutes were approved as printed an pages 925 to 1070, inclusive.

The Board took up consideration of the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.

PRESIDENT'S REPORT P r e s i d e n t H e n r y presented a r e p o r t o n selected topics of c u r r e n t int e r e s t , c o p i e s of w h i c h w e r e d i s t r i b u t e d a t t h e m e e t i n g , a n d a c o p y w a s filed w i t h t h e S e c r e t a r y o f t h e B o a r d . AWARD O F CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT CERTIFICATES (1) T h e Committee on Accountancy recommends that the certificate of Certified Pubic Accountant be awarded, under Section 5 of the Accountancy Act of 1943, as amended, to the following candidates who have presented evidence that they are holders of valid and unrevoked Certified Public Accountant certificates obtained bypassing a standard written examination in another state or territory of the United States and who qualify in all other respects under this provision of the l a w : State from Which They Name Address Obtained Certificates
