Now, Therefore, Be It, and It Hereby Is, Resolved by The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public Corporation of the State of Illinois, that the Illinois Building Authority, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, be, and hereby is, requested to grant to Illinois Power Company, an Illinois Corporation, its successors and assigns, the right and easement to erect, reconstruct, operate, patrol, maintain, renew and remove electric transmission and distribution lines, and other equipment appurtenant thereto, for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy through, over and across certain lands hereinafter described and the right of ingress to and egress therefrom, and which right-of-way easement shall remain in full force and effect from the date granted and for so long thereafter as said electric transmission and distribution lines are continued in service and have not been abandoned and discontinued. The right-of-way easement shall be over the following described property, viz : A strip of land 5 feet of even width and 170.0 feet in length, being the North 5 feet of the East 170.0 feet of the above described tract of land; and, upon a strip of land 15 feet of even width and 80 feet in length, being the West 15 feet of the East 170.0 feet of the above described tract of land; and also, upon a strip of land 15 feet of even width and 200 feet in length, being the West 15 feet of the East 185 feet of the above described tract of land.
