CONTRACTS FOR REMODELING IN NATURAL HISTORY B U I L D I N G . URBANA (10) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend the award of cost-plus contracts for remodeling thirty-six rooms in the Natural History Building for the Department of Geology, the award in each case to the lowest bidder. T h e estimated total cost of the work is $141,580. Funds are available from an appropriation approved by the Board of Trustees on July 27, 1966. Submitted herewith is a report from the Physical Plant Department, including a schedule of all bids received, a copy of which is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. I concur.

CONTRACTS FOR HOUSING MAINTENANCE BUILDING. URBANA (11) T h e Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend the award of contracts for the remodeling of the temporary Orchard Downs Food Service Building (now located in one of the Orchard Downs parking lots) and its relocation to the area between the proposed married student housing project and the existing Orchard Downs area where it will be used as a maintenance building for all Housing Division work.
