614 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [September 17 LEASE W I T H HENDRICK DORMS. INC.. CHAMPAIGN, FOR THE POLICE TRAINING INSTITUTE (24) The President of the University recommends that the Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees be authorized to execute a lease for the second and third floors of Hendrick House at 904 West Green Street, Urbana, Illinois, to provide housing and meals for individuals attending courses offered by the Police Training Institute between September 16, 1969, and July 10, 1970. Hendrick Dorms, Inc. will make available ninety-six spaces during the fall semester and one hundred spaces during the spring semester and summer and will arrange for bus service between Hendrick House and the University classrooms for the sum of $85,107. In addition, meals will be provided at the rate of $19.40 per week per registrant. The cost of this contract will be recovered through charges to the registrants. On motion of Mr. Swain, this recommendation was approved by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, Mr. Grimes, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Jones, Mr. Steger, Mr. Swain; no, none; absent, Governor Ogilvie, Mr. Page, Mr. Pogue.
