On the basis of the budget for this project, including the contracts being recommended herein, it can be completed within the estimated cost of $3,850,000 contemplated by the financing. Subject to completion of the financing, I concur in the recommendation for the awards of these contracts. Submitted herewith is a report from the Physical Plant Department on the bids received, a copy of which is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record.

At this point, Vice-President and Provost Ray reported briefly on the prospective enrollment for the academic year for 1960-61 as indicated by the total number of permits to enter which have been issued to date.
