Such license shall not be revoked on less than six months notice in writing to the licensee, and then only when the educational interests of the University seem, in the judgment of the Board of Trustees, to require a revocation. Be it further resolved, that the foregoing and within license is granted to licensee on the express condition and understanding that said gas transmission and distribution line will be constructed, maintained, and operated solely at the expense of licensee; that said line shall be so constructed, operated, and maintained as to not interfere with the free use of the streets, avenues, or thoroughfares upon which the same is to be located.
