APPROPRIATION TO DEPARTMENT OF DAIRY HUSBANDRY (21) A recommendation that an appropriation of $2,175 be made to the Department of Dairy Husbandry from excess receipts in the Official Test Division to cover estimated expenses above the original budget estimate.
