CONTRACT C H A N G E ORDERS FOR PWA PROJECTS (25) In accordance with the authorization of the Board of Trustees I have approved the following contract change orders and request confirmation of such approval. Addition to McKinley Hospital Change Order No. 2, contract with the Economy Plumbing and Heating Company for plumbing, heating, and ventilating work. Increase depth of sump pump and basin to 6'-6' depth at an additional cost not to exceed $27 60 Gregory Hall Change Order No. 2, contract with the W. E. O'Neil Construction Company, Chicago, for general work. Install two 14* diameter and two 8* diameter wood forms in upper south wall of compressor room near west side, exact location directed, to provide for later piping from room to library. After forms are removed, fill openings with hollow tile and mortar to permit later cutting out without undue difficulty when it is desired at some future date to install the piping, additional cost 25 00 Illini Union Building Change Order No. 1, contract with the General Paving Company, Champaign, for storm sewer construction. Provide fourteen braces across sewer excavation where same undermines water main adjoining to brace the water main in accordance with quotation dated March 20, 1939, additional cost 56 00

On motion of Mr. Adams, the action of the President of the University in approving these contract change orders was approved and confirmed.
